- What if I want to cancel or receive a refund an activity I have signed up for?
Please refer to the FASD policy regarding all cancellations and refunds.
- Can I pay in cash?
It is possible to pay cash upon arrival in San Diego. However, all reservations require a Credit Card Guarantee, in order to confirm the reservation for the above mentioned FASD activity. Your credit card will not be charged at this time, but will be used in case of no show or none cash payment 5 days before the scheduled activity.
- When will I receive information regarding the activity I signed up for?
You will receive an email with all necessary information 3-5 days before the date of the scheduled activity.
- Where do we meet and get dropped off at before and after the activity?
Everyone will be picked up and dropped off in front of Horton Plaza Shopping Center on Broadway Street, in downtown San Diego.
