                                          FASD Refund Policy


 

You must sign up with the activities coordinator, at least 72 hours before the scheduled activity. All activities must be paid for 72 hours in advance (no exceptions). If you sign up for an activity you agree to participate, and must go on the said activity. If you are late for an activity and miss it, you will not be given a refund.  Cancellations will be accepted up to seven (7) business days before your reservation date, but will incur a penalty of 50% of the cancelled activity. After that time period, we cannot cancel your reservation or issue you a refund. If you need to cancel your activity, please contact us before the 7 business days leading up to your reservation date. Refunds will only be given under certain circumstances.  If you wish to obtain a refund, you must first speak with the activities coordinator.  All refunds are at the discretion of FASD management.  All refunds will be made in the form of a credit to future FASD activities, unless otherwise noted.  Many of the costs associated with your trip are committed long before you arrive. Food, insurance, staffing, vehicle and equipment rentals are all paid in advance. These costs are unrecoverable if you cancel. For this reason, we strictly adhere to our cancellation policies.
